Rated 1 out of 5 by from 3 nights and thinking of returning I received this queen heated mattress pad for Christmas. I had one years ago & it wore out. This one looks like it is great quality, but I am on night three and two things I have noticed - first, I can slightly feel the bumps from the wires, and secondly, I have been turning it up to 9 or H for a good hour before I go to bed and the bed is just barely warm - I mean quite literally you can just barely feel it. I just feel like it is heating more like a 2 at 9 and H - I came on to look at the reviews & don't see any like that so far so I may return & try another just in case I have a lemon.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from heats quickly, long cords This heating pad is great, heats quickly, the queen size pad has two controllers that have nice long cords from the pad so you can easily set the controller on your night stand. You can feel thin wires when you press down with your hands, but as you lay there you definitely don't feel them with your body. I love the feeling of intense warmth and relaxation when I slide in. I don't leave it on overnight, just to get me warm before sleep. The controller is a bit hard to read if it's on or off. When it's off you can still see an outline of a number so it always makes me do a double take, but when it's on you can definitely tell it looks on.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible heated mattress pads Bought 2 of these got the first one on one bed and it won't turn on at all. Took it back to Kohl's for exchange which they did with no problem. Get the new one home and it doesn't work either. Try the second one out it turns on but the LED display is partially burnt out so you can't figure out what number you have it set on. It also seems to be heating unequally. Middle is super hot, left side is warm, and really don't notice any heat on right or bottom. We have another brand on our bed. Time to take these both back and get the other brand.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very disappointing. We had a Biddeford electric mattress pad for years. It was great. It needed replacing, so I went to Kohls and got a new one. From the first night, the entire lower 1/3 didn't heat at all. So back it went. The store was sold out so I ordered online. With this new one, just the lower half works. No warmth at all from about hip level up. We'll use it to get through the final, cold Northwoods winter and then back it goes. I'll gladly pay more to another company with a better reputation. I won't ever buy a Biddeford product again.
