Rated 2 out of 5 by from Works well. Poor controller design. The heating pad heats nicely and quickly. The controller however does not have a switch for on/off so you need to depend on the screen to tell if it's on but the screen does not stay lit. It also beeps rather loudly when you turn it on or off so if you decide to do that at night it can wake the other person. A single controller is a poor design for two individuals since you have to ask the person with the controller to make changes instead of just making the adjustment. I would not buy this pad again because of the controller.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome comfort and features! Great quality!! We bought ours at Christmas 2013. We LOVE it!!! I can pre-heat the bed prior to getting in with the push of a button, we can adjust both of our sides of the bed to fit our own needs. I like that I can heat only my feet, or on days when I am achy I can set all three portions of my side as hot as my body requires. My husband also loves his controls of each area of his body. This is the best mattress pad we have ever owned!! (We have been using heated mattress pads since 2005) and like I said this is the only one I will ever own again. We are even going to purchase this type for all of our beds at our north woods cabin!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great while it worked I have the queen size with 6 zones and a wireless digital control. I have owned mine for 3 or 4 years (can't quite remember). It worked great initially and at a 2-3 setting, it was comfortably warm. But after about a month of use, I noticed it didn't get quite as warm even at the 7-8 setting. when that first winter was over, I sent it in for repair as it was still under warranty. The next winter, I experienced the same thing with the repaired mattress pad. I gave up on returning it for repair. I still use it but I now have to set it at 7-8 to even get the chill out of the bed. However, the only spots that heat up really well are at the outer edges.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Many nice features but not user friendly. I like the three heating zones. The pad warms up nicely but the lowest heating level is still too warm to use all night even though we keep the house quite cold. The wireless remote is difficult to use for several reasons. The display is difficult to see. The pre-heat function does not work well due to the fact that I have to turn some zones off because they get too warm on the lowest setting. To get the pre-heat to work, a zone cannot be turned off so I must set all to at least level one for the pre-heat to work and then turn the zones off to keep from overheating after the pre-heat cycle is done. This amounts to a lot of button pushing every day.
