Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressive! This is a great steamer. I've used it around the house and it is just awesome but it really came to it own in the car. I tried this steamer on a carpet stain that chemicals couldn't get out but this little steamer removed it like a champ. I'm using this thing everywhere in the car now. Just an fantastic investment.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not clean grout well I bought this to clean the grout of my tile. I have steam cleaned grout twice and it has not done a good job. I will try a 3rd time and see if it accomplishes the job. I have a med. color tan grout and its just my husband and I living here, so it was not extremely dirty. One thing for sure, it requires a lot of work. I would go over a small area and then got down on my hands and knees to wipe up residue. I expected it to be clean after 1st cleaning and that did not happen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A must have for every home, it cleans everything. Bought this steamer because I had a bed bug scare a year ago.I never actually saw any bugs but, my brother in law had them and since my mother in law was staying at everyone's house during a visit. I was using pesticides, alcohol, and other chemicals but, it didn't seem to put my paranoia at ease. After I bought this steamer I used it every day in the bedrooms, floor boards and mattresses. It gave me piece of mind and it was much more safe then inhaling all those chemicals. A year later, I never saw a single bug. Probably saved me alot of money. Works good in the kitchen especially my white cabinets. It works good in the bathroom but, I still have to use Mr. CLEAN Magic Erasers for my white tub and grout. The magic erasers and this steamer has my tub looking like new. Try it you won't be sorry. I also use the magic erasers along with this steamer on my white lawn chairs and white banquet tabels, they look like new also. When I use it in my truck, I wrap a cloth around the triangle brush and secure it with a rubber band using a low setting on the leather seats and rugs so we don't damage it. I also use the cloth and rubber band on a low setting to do my dusting, did wonders for my blinds and ceiling fans. Buy extra cloths for wiping after words. I use alot because well I'm weird just depends on what your cleaning. I also use it to clean my bird cage it's alot faster and much safer for them to. I have a few birds and it's a huge cage. I hated cleaning the cage with chemicals gave me a headache along with the smell of birds it was horrible. Using this steamer must helped lift the smells the birds left behind because you can't tell I have birds now. Well when their quiet anyways. My house has hardwood floors, porcelain, ceramic, and marble floors in one bathroom. Mopping is so fast and leaves the floors looking way better them my old shark mop ever did. I use different pads in every room. Not because it gets dirty fast just my OCD won't let me use the same ones for different rooms. So I bought extra pads when I bought this steamer. I don't use it in my marble floor bathroom only because I use a special treatment and don't want to risk messing it up. I find myself using this steamer for many other things as well. Like shoes my kids are active and I'll steam them once in a while so far it keeps them fresh and clean. Leather jackets, low pressure of course. Windows, works GREAT around windows and screens! You need to buy the attachment for windows separate on the McCulloch website, it works good and helps alot with high windows. My house has been the cleanest it's ever been. I tell people I hired a cleaning lady and they believe me, lol. It's light weight and a little difficult to put away because of the cord and hose but, not a big problem for me. I didn't like the bag it came in so I bought a plastic drawer to store the attachments, mop pads, and cloths. The OCD in me found it more better then throwing everything in that ugly bag. The attachments are not best quality. My 11 year old son broke the swivel mop head just 3 days after I bought it thinking it detached from the bottom. But, no biggie I bought a new one through the McCulloch website and ordered more attachments as well. The only bad thing I can say about this steamer is the nozzle where the smaller attachments connect to. They tend to fall of when applying to much pressure or using at an angle. I always use distilled water to keep it working good longer. I'll add vinegar once in a while to kill any bacteria and to aviod build up. Something I've always done with my steam products. When I'm done using it, I turn it off and let it cool for a while. Then, I'll press the trigger and let out any extra steam until it stops then I'll unscrew where the water is inserted to make sure any extra pressure is out to avoid any leaking. My husband thought me this because he uses a pressure washer at work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Much better than the smaller model I purchased the smaller canister a while back and after several uses one of the wheels broke. The handle was very weak and it did not have a handle to carry it. I still liked the job it did but when the wheel broke I ordered this model. Everything that was wrong with the first model has been corrected...and then some. The tank holds more water and it has a steam gauge. The handle is stronger, pad is bigger, wheels are much bigger and it has a carrying handle. For the money, this is a great buy.
