Rated 2 out of 5 by from Returned it... The picture is better.. The stone is too close to the band going around the stone so the details on the band don't show well... Wish it looked more like the picture... It would have been a very unique piece..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Ring! The ring is absolutely gorgeous! The only concern I have is how the opal is in the ring. It has high/long prongs and the opal is thin and i am afraid it it gets hit just right it will cause the opal to fall out. We will see. I love this ring!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not quite the same as pictured As the first reviewer said, it is not as pictured. The opal is set down close to the ring, not raised above it at all. And the silver part holding the topaz stones that creates the "flower" look is not nearly as delicate or defined. It is very thick and not nearly as detailed. You barely notice the lines between the stones that create the "petals" and the stones are set down in deep so you get a hint of blue and sparkle, they are lost in the prongs holding the tiny stones in place. The picture also shows 2 blue topaz stones per ripple on the sides of the band, but it starts with 4 and then 3, 2, 1 and they are very tiny. Would look nicer with slightly larger bus less number of stones per line. Still pretty, I think I prefer the opal not in a raised setting so you don't worry about catching and losing it, but I don't like the think silver flower part surrounding the stone and the lack of detail for the individual ripples or petals. The prongs also get caught on everything and pulled up which loosens the stone and I have to push them back down daily. I have had for a week, still debating on if keeping. Again, a pretty ring, just be prepared for it to look different than what is pictured.
