Rated 4 out of 5 by from Auto jam/Jelly My husband bought this for me in Nov for my birthday and I have to say I really do like it however there needs to be more recipes for it there was not one for the jam/jelly where you strain the juice from the berry's threw a cheesecloth so you didn't use the berry itself just the juice so I did it the old fashioned way. Also I tired to do a double the recipe (even though its not recommended) and it came out just a little to soft but it does fit in the pots so a recipe for a double for some would be great and a bigger pot. But all in all I love it very easy to use

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super easy for a first timer!! I finally bought the maker after wanting it for two years. Wow!!! I made the pepper jelly first. I bought the Ball pectin for reduced sugar recipes. I made a wild guess that it should be half of regular pectin AND I used Splenda instead of sugar and cut the amount in half. The recipe book explains the hot water bath procedure precisely and easily! I took the pepper jelly to work, poured it over a block of cream cheese and served it with crackers!!!! No one guessed it was sugar free! I made strawberry with Splenda and strawberry with fresh pineapple and Splenda!!! Extremely easy to use, clean up a breeze!!! I love it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love Machine But Not Small Batches I bought this machine last year and have made strawberry and blueberry jams, both last year and this year. I've had no problems with this machine. My only complaint I do have is that it makes small batches. Here are the questions I have, 1) Can you double up a jam recipe and 2) Can you make multiple batches in the machine (say 2 or 3) then do the water bath or do jarred jams have to go into a bath immediately after jarring?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely Awesome!! I bought my Jam & Jelly maker when they first came out several years ago. I love it. My previous attempts at jam making were met with frustration and this makes it so easy! Four years ago when we were doing hospice care for my mom at our home, I made blackberry jam in it as it was her favorite. I did a lot of canning that summer and we just finished our last jar of blackberry jam from those batches, and it was as wonderful and fresh as the first ones we opened. I just picked up some early blackberries yesterday and made more jam. It made me think of my mom and memories of us making blackberry jam when I was a kid.
