Terrible Design & Advertised WRONG
First it is advertised here wrong – the directions clearly says add one cup uncooked rice and the finished product is 3 cups and that is just not enough. Second, the lid is extremely tough to get on and locked in place. Third, when you remove it from the microwave the top is covered with water and is easy to burn yourself. My suggestion is find another rice cooker; however, if you don’t mind all this it did make great rice.

Not the best option
Maybe it was just me, but I never got the hang of making rice in this thing. Not once did it come out right. There are better options on the site. Pick a different one.

Excellent product
This little champ is a work horse. I use it almost every day. Learn how to put the lid on correctly. It's not a big deal! Highly recommend this product.

Works just fine
After reading the not-so-good reviews about this rice cooker, I went ahead and bought it anyway. It works fine. You just have to make sure the lid is locked properly, takes a little practice but once I mastered that, I love how it cooks the rice. Easy to clean too. For the price, this is a neat little cooker.
