Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVE THIS DVD I bought this DVD in an attempt to get myself into some sort of shape while I am pregnant. I loved the second semester express workout and I can't wait until I am in good enough shape for the longer one. I have read some of the other reviews and I have yet to find Summer's comments annoying...I find them more reassuring in the long run.

I bought this in the middle of my second trimester because I couldn't fit a prenatal exercise class into my work schedule, and I was impressed with some of the exercises I could do while I was already over halfway through my pregnancy. I think it's a great DVD for finding out that you CAN exercise during your pregnancy and look great!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Challenging but not overwhelming Not being someone who loves to work out (but having read about the huge benefits to pregnant women in particular), I shopped around a lot before getting this DVD. I knew that if it was too hard, I wouldn't stick with it. But I have, faithfully doing the workout three times a week (I'm almost in my 38th week now)! When I sat down to watch it before doing the third-trimester workout, I wondered if it would be too easy---but I was forgetting that I'm lugging around an enormous belly on a pregnant woman's energy level. Even the express workout (just 30 minutes) leaves me sweaty and winded without overdoing it. The cuing (sp?) isn't great, though. In a couple places Keri actually says the exact opposite of what she means: "Feet together" when she means "Feet apart," "Feet underneath your band" when she means "Band underneath your feet," etc. However, it's obvious what you need to do, so it's not too confusing. I'd definitely recommend it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Would Recommend This is a really effective, low-intensity pre-natal workout. In particular, the upper body exercises are really good, and it's really nice to be able to choose between the express and regular workouts. I do wish there were more intensive stretches (particularly for the third trimester segment), and I agree with another reviewers comments--Summer's comments can be a bit annoying, particularly after you've heard them a few times.
