Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love how it tracks but...... I researched both the FItbit and the Jawbone. The Jawbone seemed to have better reviews and most people seemed to like the features of the Jawbone better. I decided to go with the Jawbone. I stated wearing my band the next day that I received it. It needs to charge first...which it did quickly. It wore the band for 13 days and that 13th night no lights would blink. I tried charging it again, I checked for loose connections. tried a USB plugged into an outlet. Nothing worked. I wrote to the company and they responded quickly with trouble shooting points. I had already gone online to find how to fix this....so I was ahead of the game. Nothing worked. My band never got wet or was submerged in water even though they said that it could get wet. I then went back to Kohls and returned it. I debated on whether or not to get another. I did like how it kept track of my steps, sleep and food intake. However, I did not like how it just stopped working. When I looked online it seemed to be a common problem with the band dying between 2 weeks to 4 months. Problem is that the warranty ends at 90 days. I did get a new band because I wanted to track my sleep and steps particularly. I love the graphs and all of the information that it provides. The ability to scan the UPC on the food package is a bonus. That makes it easier. Logging in foods that aren't on the list are easy because you can type it in the search bar but if you accidentally log in a food that you did not eat, I am not sure how to remove it. The one thing about Kohls that I really like is their return policy. SInce I put this band on my card it was easy to return. They were super nice about it and were more than willing to accommodate me.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what i expected The model I have you have to physically connect to you phone to sync. The number of steps doesn't seem as accurate compared to a few other pedometers I have. I had purchased 2 of them. 1 for myself and one for my wife. After using mine for a couple of weeks I took the other one back to the store. What I loved about it, is the easiness it is to put on and take off my wrist. No way will it fall off. The battery will last 10 days. What I dislike is the syncing to my phone. It should be Wi-Fi. And the alarm seems to be off about 5 minutes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Jawbone UP This product works well for me because it is comfortable to wear and I have gotten compliments on my "bracelet" which was unexpected. Overall, easy to use, if you have issues there are tutorials once you plug the band into your phone to sync the data. Would definitely recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from only one thing missing I love my up band! The only thing I don't like is it can't be submerged so I can't wear it swimming laps. Other than that it is great! I like seeing how well I slept the night before (deep sleep vs light sleep) and try to think of new things that can help me get better quality sleep. Also, it gives you multiple ideas everyday on how to improve on the previous week/day etc. Getting the up 24 might solve the water part (I'm not 100% sure) but for someone on a tight budget I couldn't spend the extra $. Overall I'm glad I got this band.
