Rated 5 out of 5 by from amazing and great price I recived a Diamonds Collection 6QT slow cookers from bella ambastor program and i was skeptical to try it because i hadde see this company slow cookers before. But we started using it the next day. WE have a few slowcookers and of all of them i feel this is the best. We even have a crockpot brand one and this one is way better. I would encourage anyone that need a new slow cooker to get one of these because it is a great product and a amzing cost. You could go out and pay 10 times as much for one that works half as good as this one. We are a big slow cooker family and i would give this one up for nothing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Flawed Design I was very disappointed to discover that the lid does not capture steam rising from the cooking food, and it runs over the lip of the crock to make a large, messy puddle under and around the appliance. This is a fundamental flaw in an appliance that is supposed to capture liquid; this is why less liquid is used in slow cookers than in stovetop cooking. I am replacing this immediately. It also heats too hot for the settings. It looks nice but I am sorry I bought this and overcooked three expensive dishes in it. I tried to read a lot of reviews but no one mentioned these problems. I'm sworn off of Bella forever.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not worth it I have had to purchase two slow cookers in less then 2 and half years because bella slow cookers don't last. The heating element goes out with in a year and they refuse to back the product

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy I bought this crock pot 6 months ago. I had to return the first one because the liner was cracked. The second one has been used a handful of times. When I made a 3 lb roast yesterday it created so much condensation that it bubbled out around the lid, collected in a puddle underneath the cooker and warped my counter at a corner seam. I am so angry! This is obviously a design flaw in the liner that the drip channels were not able to handle the condensation amounts.
