Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product has great features Most of my frying or cooking pans are T-fal products, have learned that nothing compares with T-fal, the quality is strong, the handles are terrific, I have arthritis in my hands and need handles that are thick and do not get hot and T-fal products have this, love my new family griddle, I can finally cook everything in one large component & at one time. Saves washing different pans. It is a wonderful product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This product very disappointing. This warped badly after the first use; I should have returned it immediately. Now every time I use it, it just makes me angry. Doesn't sit flat on the cooktop causing very uneven results. In my opinion, it's really a piece of junk!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I should have read the reviews before buying! This looks like it would be a sturdy griddle, but the first time (and only time) I used it, the griddle warped so badly, the end lifted right off the stove. I was only cooking pancakes, so the heat wasn't even set that high! And, even after cooling down, it is still warped. The warranty is useless too. They don't consider warping to be a structural defect. And, you have to pay to mail it back yourself only for them to tell you that warping isn't covered under their lifetime warranty! Don't waste your money on this!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great little Griddle This is an inexpensive griddle which is exactly what I wanted to start with. Since I did not know how well I would like a griddle or how much I would use it I went with a less expensive one. It is great and I use it quite often. The griddle is not very heavy and responds quickly to heat adjustments. It has not warped or scratched: note I always use nylon/silicon utensils and allow it to cool down before washing. The main thing to remember is this is a griddle spanning 2 elements on a cooktop. The dead space between the elements is not going to heat the same as the spaces located directly above the elements. IMHO the griddle heats just fine and the entire cooking surface is usable with the middle being slightly lower in temperature. So far I have used it many times to cook bacon, pancakes, french toast and burgers. It has done better than I expected considering its price in relation to some higher end griddles. The only reason its getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because after an extended use the handles get hot enough to burn you. I would recommend this griddle to anyone who wants to try one and is willing to accept the hot handle issue.
