Rated 5 out of 5 by from READ THIS REVIEW IF YOU ARE HAVING Probs Lots of folks have issues with leaking and weak coffee because there aren't any good instructions. If you like the Kcups, and make a 10 oz. cup, grind your coffee a little courser than espresso (drip).Fill the filter up to the bottom of the "rim" at the top using a spoon. Put on the lid. Before inserting the gray unit, find in the top of the 'clamshell' on the brewer the needle that pierces the normal Kcups. Carefully make sure that the little rubber "sock" around it is slid down a bit to cover more of the needle. Careful, the needle is sharp. Now, make your 10 oz. cup as normal. You'll love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome! These are so much better than the little aftermarket colored plastic ones. I love being able to use the ground coffee of my choice (Dunkin Donuts brand) with my Keurig. Super easy to clean, saves money and better for the environment.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My K-Cup Worked Unlike some others who have had issues with their K-Cup, mine worked the first time without a hitch. I did notice when I purchased it at a local retailer, there were two different looking packages for the same product on the shelf (different labeling/color/design). On closer inspection, I noticed on the bottom that one was labeled as being a "rev F" model and the other "rev G". The one I ended up purchasing was the "rev G". Possibly a revamped design addressing some of the issues people have been experiencing? Time will tell if it continues to perform as intended, but so far, so good.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Leaking filter Filler basket leaked all over the counter. Before checking on line for a solution, I called Keurig. Very frustrating. I would think because this is such a common problem and with such an easy fix, they would have their customer service people schooled for this type of problem. No. She wants my phone number, email address, home address, serial number from the coffee maker, etc. before I can even ask the question. Then she ends the call abruptly.(?) Probably because I asked why. Bottom line, I fixed the problem my moving the rubber gasket like everyone else. No thanks to Keurig.
