Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Vacuum Cleaner and Yes I am a real Customer! I purchased this vacuum at least 3 years ago, and it's still works like the first time, even with my Son over filling it, picking up paper clips, large paper, etc. I was able to replaced belt. and now looking at possibly replacing one of the filters...Not bad after everything this vacuum has cleaned up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product for carpets! I bought this product for a college dorm building floor as a community vacuum for everyone to use and so far it works great. It works best on low carpet but not as good on hard surfaces. It really gets into the edges which is perfect for small dorm rooms and the turbo tool is quite powerful. It is easy to clean; however, some stuff gets stuff at the top of the tank so you'll just have to clean that out by hand, which is not a big deal. Overall, I would definitely recommend this vacuum for small spaces and carpets.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not good for anything other than a square, carpeted room I recently moved over in with my sister and have been using her vacuum to clean. I don't even understand how this went into production. It's so inefficient, especially on the stairs. I need to keep one hand on the vacuum and another on the attachment just to keep it from falling down the stairs while I clean. The extension hose barely stretches at all and when it does, it knocks the entire vacuum over. It takes multiple attempts to suck up a few dog hairs. It took over 20 minutes just to vacuum the couch and it still didn't get everything. I've never seen a vacuum this useless before. When you pull out the extension hose to vacuum the stairs or a couch, there's a big hole open at the bottom of the vacuum and the dirt and debris just flies out as you attempt to suck it up! Am I using it wrong? I just can't imagine that a vacuum was designed like this.
