Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolute Favorite Pan in My Kitchen! This pan was passed down to me by my mother-in-law as my fiance and I had no pots and pans of our own when we first moved in together. This pan has been used for EVERYTHING you can imagine and still looks brand new. We use this to make hot pot soups, fried rice, sauces, meats with veggies...honestly you can cook anything in this pan! The high sides and flat bottom make it perfect for cooking nearly anything, and since it's dishwasher and oven safe it truly could not be more perfect. We could make do with only this pan if absolutely necessary, that's how versatile it is. I usually am very frugal but would re-purchase this product in a heartbeat if I ever needed to.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from For the $$$ I should have bought another set I don't know why my old saute sticks now - I wish I knew what happened to ruin it so we could avoid that again. After placeing the order I realized it would have been MUCH more economical to have just bought another set.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from surface coating bubbled and chipped off I have other Calphalon pans (hard anodized), and love them. This one, however, has a non-stick coating. After only 3 years, the coating started to bubble. It has now started to chip away. I am sending it in for a replacement. I'm hoping that they won't replace it with another one of the same pan, but I'm guessing that is exactly what will happen. I would not recommend the non-stick pans, but highly recommend the hard-anodized ones.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Pan for Stovetop to Oven Transfer I have the one that's not dishwasher safe, but it cleans super easy. This pan is what I use when I want to make quicker casseroles. I start the casserole on the stove, heat to bubbly, put on any toppings (like cheese), then transfer to oven. Works great. Nice steep sides and good round size that I use my 10 in glass lid from my fry pan. I would have preferred two of the small handles, without the long handle.
