Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointment Round 2 I'm sad to rate this like this, but it's truth! The first one I received had a broken foot. It took me 10 calls in the month of February to get it picked back up as a return. Why? Each representative forgot to do something that the next said they would do? And might I add several asked me to just take it the store, as if i could just cary this item, nonetheless fit it in my Mustang. SO a few weeks later, I tried it again. Of course the price changed, but none one at Kohl's customer service cared. Do you want it or not? Of course i do I will give it another shot, because what are the odds i'd get damaged merchandise again. This time there were less noticeable outward signs of damage in delivery, but many noticeable flaws on the inside of the larger unit. I did not want to go back through the headache of 30 min calls to customer service asking to pick up. So since i don't display the inside I figured to keep it. And know not to ever order furniture from Kohls ever again because they don't want to have UPS/FEDEXP take more care with their delivery. As well as the packers not inspect the product thoroughly before shipping. If this was an in store purchase, I know it would have been marked down because of the flaws.
