Rated 4 out of 5 by from Replaced an old one I bought this one to replace an old one that I've used for many years. I think it's important to not fill above the fill-line on the side of the container or it can push out around the gasket, get into the upper tabs on the wall of the bullet and cause them to stick, and get into the lower areas of the blender base, causing them to stick as well. I have always had a little difficulty getting the container/blade assy. to anchor and turn-lock in place so that it does starting spinning. I have to jiggle the assy. sometimes to get it to turn, but I can get it to do so every time with a little coaxing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Short lifespan I bought my nutribullet almost a year ago, and it seems to have lasted longer than many I am reading about. But like these reviews, mine too started leaking. So I started using the bigger cup, thinking I was simply overfilling the small one. I thought the problem was solved, but now the blades are almost impossible to engage. When I am able to get it going, the unit doesn't want to turn off. I have to unplug it. I will attempt to contact customer service, but I do not have time to play tag with them. I simply will not buy another one. Nor will I recommend this to anyone. Very disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Faulty cups beware - Very dissapointing I brought this in the UK 3 months ago and found the colossus cups a great size, but the plastic prongs on the cups break off and without at least two of the three prongs the nutribullet doesn't work. I can't buy replacements because the cups are either out of stock or discontinued everywhere... what can I do to get replacements please? I wish I have purchased a different machine which allows me to make the larger volume without such a fault. I have marked 'ease of use' on the review as poor because once the cups break you can't use the machine at all. Alison Crowe

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Design Flaw Had my NutriBullet Prime for a couple of months. Two of the 32 oz cups are now broken because they get jammed in the unit and cannot be removed without breaking off the locking tabs. The rotation of the motor loosens the blade attachment and the separation of the cup from the blade locks the whole thing together and cannot be twisted to turn it off. The unit remains running until unplugged because the tabs are pressing the on-off switch. The cup is now wedged in the unit and must be broken to get it out. We assumed that the blade was not tight enough, but even when we tighten it as much as we can, it happened the second time. Now we can only use it by pressing down on the unit, but not locking the cup to the base. Clearly this is a major design flaw.
