The purchase was easy, and the customer service rep who helped me was so kind. The machine itself works so wonderfully, my daughter uses it almost every night! The meat is so tender and tasty, quick clean up, and very quick cooking times. We've made ribs in 40 minutes, so tender and juicy and the taste is so much better than conventional cooking. Wings, frozen to done in less time than it takes to order pizza! We love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FASTER MEALS! I cook for two other families and thought this would really help to speed up some of the meals. I enjoy cooking, so I'm not complaining if it takes longer. The first thing I cooked in the pressure cooker was a head of cabbage. I chopped it up and followed the directions. After it reached the pressure in the pot, 5 minutes later, I had very tender and delicious cabbage. The next day, I cooked a whole 5lb chicken. Amazing! "The chicken was done in 25 minutes and was extremely tender and flavorful. I added chicken broth, rosemary, salt and pepper. I will be cooking many meals in this one. My sister ordered a different one that she saw on TV. Three days after she got it and cooked a meal a day in, it quit cooking the food. Needless to say, she is taking it back and buying one of these! They come in 3 colors and I bought the red and silver one. LOVE IT!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful addition to meal planning! This has helped us eat healthier and saved us soooo much time in the kitchen. WE LOVE OUR PRESSURE COOKER. I have almost used it daily! I can do anything from roast to fajita's in under an hour.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good Just tried it for the first time - ever. Never cooked with pressure, but my mother did and the food was always excellent! 4 frozen pork chops, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup milk and 1/2 package of sliced fresh mushrooms. Followed the start-up steps, chose ribs setting and within 45 minutes had tender, tasty chops with plenty of gravy for rice. Didn't follow a recipe. The little booklet has a few, but I wanted to experiment with ingredients I am familiar with and have tried in the oven. I guess what I appreciate most was that the chops were frozen and I just loaded it up, started it and went on with other meal prep. Pretty simple, actually. I did release the steam manually so as to not have to wait as long on the pressure release. I think I'm going to enjoy this! It is a bit BIG! It will be tough finding cabinet space for it, but maybe I won't mind leaving it out. Got black. Wonder if other colors would be easier to see controls/wording, etc.
