Rated 5 out of 5 by from exactly what I needed I've purchased other bath organizers and returned them, either because of fit or quality. This organizer if a little pricey, but fit my needs exactly. It has a very sturdy pole (3 in fact so you can fit this from 5-9ft) and removable shelves. How easy is this going to be to clean! Overall quality is excellent. And it has weep holes so water doesn't sit and holes for you to turn shampoo bottles upside down! I looked at different stores to find the cheapest and they were all selling it for the same price, but with a Kohl's 30% off coupon it made this item a good deal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The baskets make this the best caddy Because you can attach the baskets *after* installing the pole, this offers a level of flexibility I'd never seen before in other shower caddies. Although pricey (with or without a coupon), I would buy another for my other shower if it didn't already have built-in shelves. One cautionary note - try to leave a little room between the pole and the wall so you have room to attach the hook for the baskets. My first set-up, I put the pole too close and didn't have room to maneuver the basket hook. Even after my second try, I had to turn the baskets sideways to get the hook into the space, which in the end worked fine. Overall, the expense is worth the stability and likely longevity of this caddy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from first "fail" from an OXO product Usually, OXO items are thoughtfully designed, and very high quality. This one misses the mark. While I like the shelf design and implementation, the locking mechanism and pole are major disappointments. While the locking mechanism opened easily at the base, it never did lock back into place properly once extended, no matter how hard I tried... I even stood on it several times, after pounding it with a rubber hammer, and I'm neither a small girl or weak (5'10", 155 lbs). I ended up using "the Handyman's secret weapon" of duct tape to try to hold it into position once the pole was in place, and to keep out water that would accumulate during the shower... oh, and the pole wobbles, by the way. I think I'll use it until it ultimately fails, and then will probably replace it with a different product.
