Good value
I already had this same style rope chain in 18 inch (purchased nearly a year ago) so I knew I loved the thickness. When I saw a 16 inch chain I was ecstatic. I am petit, so the 16 inch still has plenty play around my neck, but obviously not as much as the 18 inch.
The lobster claw clasp is very secure. The shine from the chain is just lovely! I have pendants on my chains but I think the chain would be gorgeous plain. This chain would make a great gift for a silver lover who wants a necklace with some substance!

Beautiful
I absolutely love this chain for my daughter's basketball pendant. It is the perfect length for her and perfect size for the pendant! She is 17 years old, but smaller though, I wouldn't recommend this length for an adult (at least an 18"/20" probably for a larger person).
The packaging was odd. The box was entirely too large for the small chain. I would definitely suggest that be changed.

Not fit for a man
I had bought this for my uncle as a present and I was disappointed when I saw the length of the chain. I didn't really think 16in would be that bad, but it isn't lon enough around the neck to be suitable for a grown man in his 50's. I tried it on myself and it felt wierd. I'm average size but for a male type body, I can't see it working. I'm returning it tomorrow.
