Rated 3 out of 5 by from Be Ready to deal with the damage I ordered this buffet, despite all the reviews about pieces being damaged, because it was closer to what I was looking for than anything else I've seen and the price was right. It arrived in only a few days. The box was not damaged like it had been dropped, but when I opened it, the wood on the front of the side piece was severely split and the corner was separated. the top also had some nicks on the front edge. I call the customer service number and they were closed, but have a website that you can go to to order parts. Apparently this happens a lot. I submitted the order and had to follow up with pictures of the box and damages. They are sending me new parts....The customer service people were very nice. It's been over a week and I still haven't received my parts, so I have pieces of the buffet sitting here for almost 2 weeks. Hoping to get them in the next week so I can get this thing together and set up. From what I can see of the parts, it looks like it will be a nice piece when it is together. I will follow up with that opinion when it is functional. I bought it from Kohl's because I have the option to return it if I can't get good parts in a timely manner. Keeping my options open.
