Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wicked is my soul color. When I was born, Essie was created. Kidding. But it should have been because honestly, this color represents my entire life. Dark, dangerous and sexy. I always call it my soul color. Pretty much everyone that knows me knows I always have this color on. Sometimes, I try to switch it up and choose another color, but I never end up as happy as when I have wicked on. It goes with my skin color so perfectly, I should have been born with it on. This color brings out the fiery Leo in me. I love it more than I love the color black (that's saying A LOT). I love you Wicked, my soul sista!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Difficult Formula, Great Color Ballet Slippers was one of the first Essie polishes I ever bought, and I bought it because of the amazing reviews I had seen for it. To be completely honest, the formula is VERY difficult to work with. It's a lovely sheer color, but you have to put 3 coats to make the streakiness not visible, and by that point, it is opaque. That being said, once you are used to the formula, it is far easier to work with. All of this said, once it is on the nails and opaque, the color is AMAZING! I have 100+ nail polishes, and yet this is my husband's absolute favorite nail polish on me. It makes my nails look clean and chic; it is so feminine, yet professional.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very pretty, but quite sheer I love this color, having had it for awhile, however the formula is quite sheer. I thought perhaps I wasn't applying it correctly, having recently graduated at the time from very cheap polish to Essie (my first and favorite is and will always be Mademoiselle). However, this particular color is so sheer it takes 3 coats to get anything resembling good coverage, and at that density it takes quite awhile to dry. I do love the color, but next time I'll buy something different.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from First Essie purchase I researched colors as I am going to a wedding where 'Tiffany' Blue is the color. Turquoise & Caicos was #2 on a site I found about what nail polish to buy to achieve that color. As other reviewers have noted the polish is EXTREMELY thin, takes three coats for adequate coverage, and really is more green than blue. Since this is my first Essie purchase I must say I am rather disappointed. My hand has two coats my feet have three coats.
