Rated 5 out of 5 by from My New Favorite Color this is the first essie nail polish i have purchased but it was the best. i got my nails done in a salon and a lady picked out the color for me and i have loved it ever since. i could wear this color every day for forever; it compliments my skin tone, it matches everything and i get so many compliments on my nails. i purchased the apricot cuticle care along with the ridge filling base coat and the good to go top coat and i get a perfect manicure every time. i have since purchased multiple shades of essie nail polish and i take it with me. i don't even let the nail salons use their polish anymore :)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Difficult Formula, Great Color Ballet Slippers was one of the first Essie polishes I ever bought, and I bought it because of the amazing reviews I had seen for it. To be completely honest, the formula is VERY difficult to work with. It's a lovely sheer color, but you have to put 3 coats to make the streakiness not visible, and by that point, it is opaque. That being said, once you are used to the formula, it is far easier to work with. All of this said, once it is on the nails and opaque, the color is AMAZING! I have 100+ nail polishes, and yet this is my husband's absolute favorite nail polish on me. It makes my nails look clean and chic; it is so feminine, yet professional.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love this color BUT..... I love this color for everyday! Its gorgeous! But there are some downfalls to it... first off it is super sheer and super streaky. It take 3-4 coats to get it opaque. Next is that it starts to get really thick and gunky after painting your nails with it maybe three times. since it gets thick its really hard to work with and it takes a long time to dry completely. I wish they would reformulate this and make more opaque and easier to work with. So my final thoughts are that its a beautiful girly pink but i would much rather wear OPI's Pinking of you. REFORMULATE THIS COLOR ESSIE PLEASE!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lovely, feminine color I am super picky about light pinks. Muchi, Muchi is not my absolute favorite pink from Essie, but it is always a good choice! The formula is very sheer, so it takes three to four coats for full opacity. I think it would be lovely to wear as a sheer, but it is a bit streaky in the first two coats. I wore it recently because I love wearing pinks at reds in February for Valentine's Day. It works well in the winter, but it would be perfect as a spring color. It's slightly brighter than a pastel, in my opinion, so it provides an excellent pop of color. This is a great pink if you want something that is feminine, yet eye-catching!
