Best scrubber!!!
We bought this planning to get some oder out of the carpet, but , aware dogs spots will probably stay. Wow! This scubber not only left a fresh clean smell, but lifted the pet stains as well!!! Plus as a bonus, the carpet was completely DRY in just two and a half hours!!! Best carpet scrubber i have ever used!!!

Very simple to use for light clean up
The concept is similar to the Hoover Floormate which I have used (bought 3) over 10 years almost daily on kitchen tile. Love the way these machines pick up the dirty water. No mops for me anymore! I checked after a housekeeper one time and was appalled at the left over residue on my floor from a mop job!
On the carpet cleaner,
I really like the ease of use. Had to empty a lot, but the bucket design makes that fairly easy. The carpet cleaner did a nice refreshing job and I knew how much chemical I was leaving behind. Seems a good options for not really, really dirty rugs.

Great machine
We purchased our machine a month ago and since have cleaned our carpets a few time with great success. We have rented and narrowed many machine only to be terribly disappointed with how wet the carpets were and the poor quality of cleaning. This machine left the carpets barely damp that dried in about 90 min. We recently used it to clean our SUV and we will never spend $150 on a detailing again. It cleaned the seats well and left no water spotting when it had dried.now I can show the clown who detailed it that it is possible to dry that fabric without water spots. We love this machine!!

Waste of Money
I've owned this unit for a little over a year and use it lightly for spot cleaning the carpet. Recently, I started noticing puddles forming on the floor after each usage. Nothing horrible, but enough to warrant needing to wipe down the floor. Fast forward to the last time I used the unit. I filled the tank with water and Hoover cleaning solution and placed it on the unit. No sooner did I turn my back to answer the doorbell, the entire tank drained on my floor and completely saturated everything. Thinking it was an error on my part, I filled it again with just water and the same thing happened. Now the product is completely unusable. As soon as the tank is placed on the unit, it immediately empties all over the floor.
