Rated 3 out of 5 by from Less than "tall" My new Hanes T-Shirts appear to be of the same quality I have come to expect over 40 years. However, they are not as long as ones I bought up until about 15 years ago. And if they are like the ones I bought about three or four years ago, they will "yellow" within a few months, something that 100 % cotton should not do. Apparently in an effort to enhance the bottom line, shortcuts are taken in quality. I will continue to buy Hanes because the other brands are no better as to size and yellowing. This is not much of an endorsement, but it's the best I can do in the 21st Century.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Long or Soft These used to be my favorite and only undershirts. At 6'5", 215lbs the large tall comfortsoft tagless undershirts fit perfectly. The last two times I bought them, they were short and fit like a normal large undershirt. When comparing them to the older comfortsoft tagless large tall undershirts that I have, they are nowhere near as long or soft. At the price charged for these tall undershirts, I was expecting them to at least be as good as they used to be. I will not purchase them again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from First pack 5 star; second pack 1 star OK, so I ordered these to see if the Hanes Web site's past consistent quality issues had been fixed. The first pack I received had shirts from Haiti, which were made out of nice cotton, have a nice close-knit collar and a covered neck seam that extends across both shoulders. These are truly premium shirts. I was so impressed I ordered a second pack a week later. These shirts were made in the Dominican Republic from cheap-feeling cotton. They have a thin, cheap-feeling collar and no taped seams on the shoulders. These are truly not the same premium shirts that I received in my first order. It's too bad because I was really impressed with the first pack made in Haiti.
