Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good value, poor quality. I love the style and the color but for the first time I use it the zipper broke. I had to sew it coming back from the trip. The wheel is fine, you can manuever easily however the material is not so sturdy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rip along zipper line after first use Zipper Line. As zipping closed noticed hole in large bag. Closer inspection shows a wear use not puncture

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap luggage tore on first use You feel like you're getting a great bargain with this but you get about what you pay for. The wheels are difficult to maneuver and the largest suitcase tore on the very first trip we took with it. It was really made very cheaply. Reaching out to Chaps they let us know that this set is actually made by Randa Luggage "by Chaps specifications". We have to file a claim with Randa to see what can be done. I would invest in a nicer set unless you plan to use this only 1 time.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from looks great, rolls poorly This luggage looks nice and is probably durable. However, I bought it because it has 4 wheels and in theory can be pulled at any angle (360). Unfortunately this is not the case. After one trip of wrestling with it, it had wear marks on the plastic. If you pull it like the traditional two wheeler...there should not be a problem. However I bought it because I wanted that, and had plenty of two wheeled suitcases. I only used the middle size piece (20") , but returned the set.
