Bad quality
My husband and I were traveling to Italy for three weeks. We wanted to purchase new luggage with wheels for easy transporting since most of our transportation throughout Italy was by train. Well needless to say the wheels and handle broke on the large suitcase on our first trip on the train. The next size one the zipper is starting to ripped. Very disappointed. They are less then a month old. I will be returning when I get back and I hope Kohl’s does the right thing and credits my account.

looks great, rolls poorly
This luggage looks nice and is probably durable. However, I bought it because it has 4 wheels and in theory can be pulled at any angle (360). Unfortunately this is not the case. After one trip of wrestling with it, it had wear marks on the plastic. If you pull it like the traditional two wheeler...there should not be a problem. However I bought it because I wanted that, and had plenty of two wheeled suitcases. I only used the middle size piece (20") , but returned the set.

Good Product
I had been researching luggage for an upcoming trip and saw Chaps luggage in the store. I was impressed with the quality of the fabric, sturdiness of the luggage, spinner wheels, and the 10 year warranty. I was looking for spinner wheels for the ease of pushing the luggage because I have osteoarthritis in my knees, and this fit my needs very well. I ordered the 5 piece Alvaston set online and it was delivered nine days later. I am extremely happy with this luggage.

Wheels wore out after being pulled one block
Bought this set to help my daughter move. Hadn't even taken the tags off and we pulled it to her apartment one block on city streets. The entire suitcase wobbled back and forth as though it was unstable - when empty, and the wheels were wearing down after one block of pulling it, empty. We used it for a couple of loads because we didn't have anything else to use and the wheels continued to wear down. Sadly, I returned it.
