Rated 4 out of 5 by from For The Money Can't Beat The Workout! I purchased this model initially last spring because of many factors. One I have lots of joint issues and lower back problems, so treadmills, elliptical machines, etc. really bother them. Two I am overweight, so walking even sometimes strains my back. I use the machine 5-6x a week for 25 minutes and the work out is fun, amazing, and burns lots of calories. It is truly one of the few exercises that engages the bulk of you muscle groups at once. My only complaint is both bolts that support that row arms broke apart, and the about a week ago the piston underneath came apart as well. Not sure if it is because of overuse or just that quality of the material. Either way I was satisfied enough to purchase the same model.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love it! I've been using this machine for a couple weeks now and it's great! I like the rowing motion better than other machines I have used at the gym because it feels more like real rowing. I gave it four stars instead of five because the foot pedals are a little awkward and I wish the resistance could go higher. I am already using it on the 9th resistance level (goes up to 12) and I am really out of shape right now due to an injury. However for the price, you can't beat this machine. Also super easy assembly. I did it by myself in no time and I'm not very handy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great piece of equipment at a reasonable price I received this rowing machine as a christmas present. It was very easy to put together and I have been loving it ever since. I wanted to rowing machine because I have bad knees, and I have not felt any strain on them at all and I row 5-6 times a week. I love the workout and feel the changes in my body.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My first rower This was the first piece of exercise equipment I've ever purchased and overall I'm content with it. The only thing I wish it had was a mechanism to make the workout more difficult on the lower body. The hydraulic cylinder works fine for making the workout more difficult for the upper body. I have used resistance bands to anchor the seat to the base of the monitor stand - as a result, when my seat moves back when I row, I now have some resistance. I prop up my phone on the monitor and watch shows while I row to make the hour go by. It's good cardio. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
