HAD TO RETURN
UNFORTUNATELY, WE COULD NOT GET THE OUTSIDE ONE TO WORK. WE TRIED THREE DIFFERENT TYPES OF NEW BATTERIES IN IT. ENERGIZERS, SUNBEAM, AND DURACELL AND IT NEVER STARTED. THE INSIDE WORKED PERFECT.
WE HAD TO RETURN IT FOR A REFUND.

Remote Transmitter Fails
I purchased this thermometer in March 2013. For the first month or so of use, both the remote transmitter and the receiver appeared to work fine. (I didn't place the remote transmitter outside, just in an adjacent room.) After a short while, the batteries in the remote transmitter died… or so I thought. I tried replacing the batteries twice and the remote transmitter still will not turn on. I may try to return it in exchange for a different thermometer unit, perhaps one with time instead of an alleged outdoor remote transmitter!

product is good like the style . but the weather chanel gage lasts longer ,i have both .weather chanel is to small
