Rated 4 out of 5 by from Womenly Cut, 100% better fitting than Mens Sizing I bought this shirt when my local uniform store only carried mens shirts. I have broad shoulders, thick arms, and small chest....and this shirt fit perfect on the shoulders, baggy everywhere else. I had to have the sides and length taken in, alot. Im 5'4, 185lbs Wear a 14-16. If you wear a size large blouse, size up if you want roomy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best shirt on Dickies website! I have tried practically all the button up short sleeve shirts that Dickies carries and this one is best by far. I'm in and out of the car and up and down stairs at apartment complexes in the Texas humidity and I don't sweat to death in these shirts and on the flip side I don't have to where a tank underneath because it's not see through at all. For reference I wear a size 10 shirt for relaxed fit (38C) and the Large fits perfect for a relaxed comfortable fit. Another plus for me is the pen slot on the left pocket..... Dickies please make this shirt in more colors and white would be great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Button shirts The button shirts are great, I use them for my construction company. The only issue is my son wants to wear an identical shirt to me and your company doesn’t make navy blue ones for kids. Other than that I have been using your clothing for 15 years.
