Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tacky! This product was so thin that my aging recliner looked better before I tried to get the slipcover on it. It was too small for my recliner so I had to return it to the store.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I ordered the green. Its a beautilful green, true to color. The fabric is great! I also ordered the couch slip cover, which is also great!! My only downfall is that it comes in 4 different pieces, which is fine if you have a recliner that you can tuck the seat piece under. Our recliner doesn't. So beings that you can't tuck the fabric under a cushion it constantly rolls up and comes loose. The other pieces stay in place. So my recommendation would be to check and see if you would be able to tuck the fabric under the cushion of the seat of your recliner. Other than that minor flaw, we love it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Some pros and some cons For those who want a thicker-than-average slipcover for a recliner that is either the wrong color, or worn -- this is a great buy. Very attractive, true to color shown, well made. We purchased these (four) as pet-proof covers, and in that respect they are not as satisfactory. Installation takes time -- and depending on the size of the recliner, you may find it easier to install with two persons. We have three sizes of recliners: On the smaller one, fits great with little installation trouble. On the two mediums, it took one person 45 minutes to install; with two persons, we installed on the second one in about 15 minutes. (Of course, there is also a learning curve!) Forget the largest recliner -- not enough stretch to cover that one (so the fourth cover will be returned). There are four pieces, and on the mediums the bottom keeps on slipping out. We are trying the "rolled magazines" tactic they recommend (this slippage problem is not uncommon with slipcovers in general, we have found); but to some extent the problem is not in the slipcover, but in the design of the recliner. Our medium recliners (where slippage is common) do not have a dip in the rear (underneath) to catch the elastic; whereas our smaller recliner does, and that makes a difference. As for pet-savvy, well, even with trimmed nails, our cats seem to bring up "pilling" on this fabric. (Our other slipcovers are firmer fabric, and not a problem; but these are a knit, and we should have known better). Also, we had hoped to have something easy enough to take off weekly for a quick wash -- but installation is not easy enough. Certainly the quality is good, and attractive on the recliners. So, depending on your expectations....
