Great quality fabric.
I really like this slimmer. I bought it to go with a ponte dress that fits to my curves. I wanted to not only have a slimmer hide panty & bra lines and this did the trick. I usually wear between a size 8-10. If I remember correctly, I got this slimmer in an L. I like that I have room to breath in this slimmer without the fabric being bunched up. This one is especially great for women who are curvy because the slimmer itself is shaped like an hour glass. You don't have to be an hour glass figure to wear this though (I'm not). The curves in the design actually minimize your waste to give you that look without cutting off your circulation. Great quality fabric which is breathable and light.

Very slimming and comfortable
I like that it is a tank top style for the top and does not have a built in bra but a regular bra could be worn under it. It wasn't too short like some are these days yet it was above the knee on me which was what I wanted. I was afraid it would roll up at the bottom but it did not, it stayed put. Definitely glad I purchased this item.

Works well with high necklines
I purchased this to wear under dresses that show every little ripple. It does work well for that. The problem that I have with this in the neckline. The tank straps angle in such a way that they show along the side towards the back of the neck under dresses that have a boatneck, a scoopneck and cowlnecks. It works great with other higher necklines. I ended up buying a different spanx slip for the wider neck dresses.

Fits well and is comfortable but...
I like my Spanx Sleek Slimmers Tank Slip and plan to keep it despite the medium firmness. I think a higher level of firmness would've tamed my bulges better. I ordered the XL for my 5'8 1/2" slightly chubby frame. As to fit...it's comfortable and wears well under my LBD which is why I purchased it (class reunion coming up!).
Overall, I highly recommend this product but with the caveat that one should choose the "firm" slimming level if you have stubborn bulges to tame.
