Rated 5 out of 5 by from fiesta dishes i was very happy with my fiesta dishes, however i would not recommend ordering them online. I ordered 2 sets and 1 box had to be replaces 3 times due to arriving broken. very frustrating! Kohls was very good and replaced the box(multiple times), but it was annoying that i had to wait to complete my set.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Like the dinnerware, pieces broken/missing The color was perfect, but they were not packed well at all. A salad plate was broken in half and there was a cup hook laying loose in the box and a cup was missing. I called customer service and I think they were very helpful==at least they were very pleasant. I don't know if it was in the shipping that the damage occurred, but the missing cup didn't have anything to do with shipping. I'm going to have to drive to the nearest Kohl's and return them (Joplin, MO) because I don't want to pay the freight--they are very heavy and I'm sure they would be in more pieces when they arrived. Overall, without the problems, they would have been a keeper. Another problem is that Joplin doesn't carry the Poppy color, so I've have to find something else. I don't have them yet, but I'm picking them up today. The problem was NOT with the dishes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from VERY HAPPY - but poorly packaged Very Happy with Fiesta but overall factory packaging was inferior. Several pieces were broken and a couple were chipped. Kohls will replace. It is a shame...wasteful. Would recommend to a friend but encourage in store purchase if possible.
