Why am I getting $5 Kohl's Cash?

As a “thank you” for choosing store pickup, you’ll get $5 Kohl’s Cash after you’ve picked up your order. To qualify, your order must total $49 or more, and the items must be available for pickup — either in stock at your selected store or eligible for Ship to Store. Customers are only eligible for one Kohl’s Cash® incentive per 24-hour period, even if multiple qualifying orders are picked up.

Example (24-hour period): On Monday, a customer places an order for store pickup. On Tuesday, the customer places another separate order for store pickup. If the customer picks up both orders on the same day, they will only receive one Kohl’s Cash® incentive, even if both orders qualify for the incentive.

How do I get my $5 Kohl's Cash?

Select Free Store Pickup at checkout.
Pick up your order when it’s ready.
After you pick up your items, your $5 Kohl's Cash will be sent in your pickup confirmation email. Check this email for your Kohl's Cash expiration date.

When can I use my $5 Kohl's Cash?

You can use this Kohl's Cash right away, even outside of promotional Kohl's Cash redemption periods.
