Kohl's is proud to offer our "No Questions Asked - Hassle-Free" return policy for all purchases.
• No time restrictions for returns.
• No receipt? No problem. Just bring the item you'd like to return or exchange to the Customer Service Desk of any Kohl's store near you, and we'll take care of the rest. Learn more
Can I cancel or change my Kohls.com order?
We may be able to make the following changes within 30 minutes* from when you placed your order. If you need to make one of these changes, please contact us via phone or chat during our business hours to make the updates. Unfortunately, we do not check the email box frequently enough to catch these emailed requests:
• Cancel your order
• Decrease the quantity of an item
• Remove an item
• Apply a valid promo code**
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, we are unable to make the following changes:
• Add an item/Increase quantity
• Change the payment method/Apply a gift card
• Change the shipping address

Earn points when you shop!
• Earn 1 point for every dollar spent.*
• Points will be added to your account within 48 hours of your in-store purchase or order shipping date.
• Point balance not converted into Rewards Cash will expire after 1 year.
Points become Rewards Cash!
• Every 100 points earned will be converted into $5 Rewards Cash to be used the next month.
• Points are converted into Rewards Cash each month and cannot be saved.
• Rewards Cash expires approximately 30 days after it is issued.
Where can I find the PIN on my Kohl's Gift Card?
Your card number is located below the barcode on the back of the gift card. The PIN number is below the barcode on the right side of the card. You will need to remove the scratch-off layer to view the PIN. Learn more
