Rated 4 out of 5 by Color not accurate I love the luxury of these towels, but the color isn't even close to what I ordered. The Charcoal towels appeared a deep dark gray when they arrived, but as I've washed them about 6 times, they have turned brown. It's like the gray was sprayed on as a finish. Very disappointed in the color and considering returning them. 04/11/2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by I was initially in love with these towels The overall feel and texture of these towels is wonderful! Sadly they have developed what appears to be as comparison to bleach stains on them. Both my set and my mom's set have these spots on them. Neither of us use bleach, they're washed in Purex free and clear laundry detergent. I still love the towels but sad they're no longer pretty. 05/29/2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by colors are unpredictable Quality of these towels is quite good but the color selection is problematic. I ordered deep violet as the color indicated on the website. My receipt printed the color as light purple. They were not what I wanted. I ordered red. Simple--red. Actual color is coral. Slate is a greenish color The receipt for raspberry indicated light pink even though the website indicates it is raspberry. Good luck on the blues--light blue, dark blue, blue whatever--the website color and the color sent do not match the written description, the receipt color or the actual product. Very frustrating since the stores carry only a limited selection and on line is the only way to get most of these towels. 08/03/2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Nice towels but lint everywhere I like these towels, they are nice sized, soft, and just fine. However, they are so incredibly linty and fuzzy. I've washed and dried them several times and when I pull out the lint drawer it comes off in an inch thick sheet on it's own. I can make more towels from the extra fuzz. There are footprints of my feet surrounded by blue fuzz on my scale. I have to wash my hands and dry with a whole different towel other wise my contacts/eyes get blue fuzz in them. My floor is blue. My clothes are blue. I've washed them in vinegar and ran them through a couple of dryer cycles to work some of that craziness out, but still, Lint City. I don't think I'll be adding any more towels to this group. 07/29/2016
