I'm not too happy with the product, as it's my 2nd machine in 6 months, with maybe, 3-4 times doing ribs and that's been it. Kohls, I will say, was very good about return, while item was purchased on line and the EASY return to the store (per their instructions, and despite not having the slip), was a huge "POSITIVE" and helped me decide to give it another shot, or try another brand. Online rep was very polite and helpful. I did try a roast in the new one and I prob. didn't do something correct, as they did fail to include the instruction book, which is now on its way to me. The roast came out dry and rubbery.. Felt disappointed with that and will try the PC again, before deciding to just give up and return this 2nd one. As for Kohls, their no hassle return was put to the test this first time and I am happy to report, I was impressed, given all the hassles one has to go through these days with fault devices, etc.

I have had my pressure cooker about 2 years. I have been really satisfied with its performance. The meat is so tender and juicy. I would recommend this digital pressure cooker to anyone.

There was still grease on the rim and rust under the cooking container. I returned the item. I was not happy.
