These boots look like a pair I owned previously and are made by a reliable brand, so I took a chance by ordering them online. Unfortunately, the tongue of these boots is made from a flimsier material than the rest of the shoe and as a result they constantly slide around, bunching up and causing the sock to bunch up as well. Additionally, after only one week the leather is showing very noticeable signs of wear. They looked nice upon purchase but unfortunately they're just not as well made as they should be for work boots and for Dickies. Additionally, Kohl's price is about $20 higher than they can be found elsewhere online.

I purchased these for my husband who only wears them for his second job as he works full-time elsewhere. He has had them less than 2 months and the soles of the boots literally melted off! He came home with them flopping like clown shoes. Crazy thing is it wasn't that hot out the day this happened!

I have worn these boots for about a month now. I am a professional painter and used these on several jobs; inside and out. I have spent a day on a ladder in these boots and my feet felt good afterwards. I really like wearing them! Two issues I do have: 1. The tongue doesn't have a lace loop, so the tongue does slide to one side or the other. 2. The top of the boot has lace loops instead of hooks. I prefer the hooks to the loops for quicker lacing and tighter fit.

Very Stiff at first but loosens up nice. would rather have the eye catches on the top instead of holes but will manage
very sturdy boot
