I love the bright color and design of these dishes however, one of the dinner plates came with a small chip out of the paint already. The instructions read to place a paper towel or other 'cushion" between the dishes when storing to prevent such chipping. The instructions also advised not to let the dishes knock against others while in the dishwasher. Really? Who has time for that? These were to be my "everyday" dishes not some fine china. Wish I could have kept them but they don't seem very practical for the average busy family!
Rated 1 out of 5Â by Eaton I am not happy with this product
Although I love the color and size. I am not at all happy with the dishes. They are fading in the dishwasher. The bottom of them do not have a coating to prevent scratching the counter tops, table or anything you set them on. I am very disappointed. I have wasted my money and now I will have to buy a different brand. We have a big family and when we have them all over I use paper plates instead. One of the bowls already has a chip in it and I have been very careful when using all the products.

Bought these plates to replace a set we had had for 10 years which had no chips but was no longer a complete set. I loved the look but this is not a sturdy set.
Plates and bowls were chipped after the first use, and continue to chip have had them for a year and am ready to replace because almost every piece is chipped. For the price these need to be sturdier dinnerware.
Also if you have limited cabinet space these take up ALOT of space since they do not stack neatly due to the design with the square bottom and round tops. Also all the plates seemed to be oversized. We seldom use the dinner plates because of how big and bulky they are we use the salad plates more often for our main plate for meals.

These are a great set of dishes to use every day. Four dinner plates, four smaller plates, four coffee cups, and four bowls. They're sturdy, large enough to actually use, and so far haven't shown any scratches or signs of use. My only real gripe is the paint job. I purchased the blue. The spot where the blue outer paint meets the white inner paint is very sloppy. On some bowls, there's 1/4 inch of white paint showing outside. Looks like my 7-year-old painted them. Huge dislike on the quality control of the paint job. That said, I would purchase again but would get a solid white set. Then there's no problem. The blue paint is a beautiful dark, rich bluish-purple color and matches my dining room perfectly, but the line where it meets the white - yikes. Very sloppy.
