Rated 1 out of 5 by Old Chopper so much better My old chopper (3cup) broke and I was so sorry to learn that you did not make it any longer - I contacted customer service and they were very nice and tried to help in every way - We were able to work something out and I was sent the new model at a discounted price - I wish I had not ordered as it is no where near as good as the old one - At my age at times it is difficult to turn things and I found this one hard to turn and not easy to handle as it has no HANDLE - You had a great product and you need to go back to it - Sorry Kitchen Aid - Hope my counter top mixer does not go bad as I would not want to replace it - 10/18/2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product is just what the doctor ordered! Bought this green KitchenAid 3.5-cup food chopper for a particular purpose and it surpassed my expectations. Would recommend it to anyone who has small food volumes to chop or emulsify. 10/20/2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Motor burnt out after 2 uses :( We were quite disappointed in this product. I am not sure if we got a bad one, but it was used 2 times to make hummus both times. Nothing too crazy. Canned garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, a little water. On the first batch, the machine started smoking a little bit and smelled like something was burnt. It did make the hummus though, and it turned out really delicious. We tried to make a second batch a few weeks later and the machine made a popping sound and wouldn't turn on. Completely dead! This seems like maybe the motor isn't very strong. Chickpeas shouldn't be that hard to chop. Feeling very disappointed with this purchase. 05/15/2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Mold! I've had this processor for about three months now. While it operates well and is a convenient size, the parts covered by the black buttons and covers grow mold! There are small parts and mechanisms attached to the cup, which let water in when you are washing it and are difficult to dry. I was able to remove the black cover on the main cup portion, and get the mold out which had grown around the springs, but am unable to remove the "pulse" and "chop" buttons to get at the mold growing underneath them. 09/20/2014
