Easy to assemble; handle adjusts to ones height. We have Saltillo-style tile floors throughout the house. The mop picked up all kinds of small bits of things that the vacuum missed. And showed me how dirty the floors really were. Mop head was easy to put on and remove. After I was through, I rinsed the mop head in the sink to get rid of most of the solid particles and some of the dirt. Then washed it with a load of towels. It came out cleaner than I expected. Only negative is that it left the floor streaky; I couldn't go over it again until after the mop head had been laundered.

I have already purchased two of these. In both instances, the handle has snapped off while add a little pressure to it in order to push. After the first one broke, I purchased a second one. Shame on me because I just brought the second one back to the store and they refunded my card. Trying to determine which steam mop to purchase now, but it won't be another one of these.

Ordered this Shark Steamer On-Line through Kohl's because they were out of stock at the store. When it arrived, I could not connect the pad base to the steamer. Apparently a connection part was not put on during assembly at the manufacturing facility. I returned the unit to my local Kohl's and since new stock was in, was able to trade it for another one which connected just fine. Never had anything like this happen before and was shocked it was put together at the factory incorrectly. The one time I used it, it was fun and cleaned my tile floor nicely.
Gave the mop an average review because I haven't used it often enough to rate it higher.

I bought this about a year and a half ago. I did not use it every time I mopped because I felt like it did not get the floor really clean if there was a spill or stains on the floor. You can't really scrub the floor with this. I probably used it about 1 or 2 times per month. I had it about 7-8 months before it stopped working. Now it does not get warm at all and water just leaks out of it when I prime the pump. So, it was a lot of money to spend on something that only worked about 10-12 times. I must admit I have not contacted customer service about repairing it. I won't spend a penny more on this product and would never buy another one.
