Easy to assemble; handle adjusts to ones height. We have Saltillo-style tile floors throughout the house. The mop picked up all kinds of small bits of things that the vacuum missed. And showed me how dirty the floors really were. Mop head was easy to put on and remove. After I was through, I rinsed the mop head in the sink to get rid of most of the solid particles and some of the dirt. Then washed it with a load of towels. It came out cleaner than I expected. Only negative is that it left the floor streaky; I couldn't go over it again until after the mop head had been laundered.

Just got my new Sharp Steam mop. Very easy to put together and use. Did a great job. Swivel head is very convenient.
In the description, it says it has a 25 foot cord. I ordered this mop because of that feature. I just had another brand of steam mop go bad because it had a short in the cord. There is an area of my kitchen that is hard to reach because of where the outlet is located. I think stretching the cord caused the short in the other mop. Don't want to use an extension cord because it doesn't sound safe. By the way, this mop has a 20 foot cord.
Other than the cord length, I think this is a great product and will do a good job.

This steam mop is amazing ( I have never had one before.) I use to have a traditional mop and bucket, then bought a refillable mop with washable pad, and thought that worked and cleaned great. I guess it did a decent job.
Then I bought this steam mop and it is amazing, I mopped with it almost immediately from being delivered. On an area that I HAD JUST USED the refillable mop on the day before. My floors looked clean, but the shark mop pad came up dirty dirty. My hardwood floors sparkled and had a noticeable difference in feel when walking on them after mopping. Took maybe 10 minutes to mop everything and the floors were dry in seconds.

I bought this about a year and a half ago. I did not use it every time I mopped because I felt like it did not get the floor really clean if there was a spill or stains on the floor. You can't really scrub the floor with this. I probably used it about 1 or 2 times per month. I had it about 7-8 months before it stopped working. Now it does not get warm at all and water just leaks out of it when I prime the pump. So, it was a lot of money to spend on something that only worked about 10-12 times. I must admit I have not contacted customer service about repairing it. I won't spend a penny more on this product and would never buy another one.
