Rated 4 out of 5 by Manufacturing defect- possible isolated incident I was pleased with the general quality of the costume. It was made of genuine corduroy and the plush head was adorable. My one complaint is that the zipper on this particular one was defective. The top part of the left side of the zipper looked almost smashed or melted somehow. The stopper at the top of that side of the zipper was missing because of this, which made the zipper pull come right off when zipped up all the way. I didn't have time to return it to get another in time for Halloween so I had to unstitch the bottom of the zipper from the fabric to put the pull back on and then improvise something at the top to keep the pull from coming off each time it was zipped. It seems as though this was a fluke with this zipper specifically and not the costume itself, but still was an extra hassle to have to fix it before Halloween. Someone not familiar with sewing might not have been able to fix it as easily. 10/29/2013
