This is your basic hot apple cider drink, and it's a solid hit. Nothing flashy or extra special, just delicious cider goodness perfect for sitting around a campfire next to your Keurig which you have to attach to an extra long extension cord so that it wI'll even reach all the way to your picturesque fire. Don't put the Keurig too close; the plastic could melt.

Pretty tasty hot drink when I don't want coffee or tea. Does it taste like fresh cider hand plucked from an apple tree in Vermont? Of course not! Not sure what some reviewers are expecting from a Kcup but it is better than instant. I have bought dozens of boxes of this product and every one has tasted great. Many have complained about it containing Stevia, but that is not listed as one of the ingredients listed in the nutritional values on this site or on any of the boxes I currently have on hand. If you open the cup up after brewing you can see the actual dried apples, etc. The cup will NOT be empty as this is not an instant product.

I ordered these because of the $3-off promotion. I love to take apple cider, heat it in the microwave, and sprinkle some cinnamon on top. It is like "apple pie in a cup." However, cider is generally high in calories and the container takes up lots of room in my fridge. Tried these and was happily surprised. Very tasty! Very close to traditional cider, hence the 4 rather than 5 stars. I like that it is "portion-controlled"so that we are not drinking too many excess calories. My kids LOVE this drink. I spiked the cider with some Calvados for my husband and myself. Delicious! Will definitely serve this to my guests after Thanksgiving dinner.
Rated 1 out of 5Â by RachaelCarri Brown Sugar is not the only sweetener
I bought this because I was looking for apple cider without artificial sweeteners. I guess I need to be more careful, because this cider has Reb A in it, which is Stevia extract. Technically, this is not artificial, because Stevia is a plant, but Reb A is a sugar-like sweetener. I was very upset to find this out, because the information on the box and in the description make it very clear that this is sweetened with "a hint of brown sugar."
The way I found this out, was when I made my first cup, and took my first taste, I knew there was something else in it. It tastes like a diet drink.
