Rated 3 out of 5 by from Leaks a lot... First of all, the filtering is excellent as well as the capacity. But the leaking from the spout is horrible. It started only a week after purchase and now it is to the point where almost half a cup leaks out at a time. Because of this i decided to come on here to write to let others know. If they fix the problem i will change my rating to 5 stars, but the leak is bad enough that it cuts my rating of the product a lot and i would not recommend unless you can deal with the leaking. Noticing other users experiencing the same problem. Please fix the issue ZeroWater.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from All is good, but the leak. I just purchased my second Zero Water 23-Cup Dispenser. I truly liked the first one because I take water to the gym and drink it daily, but do not like to drink our local tap water. The only small complaint that I have is that the white water spigot on the front of the Dispenser started to leak after significant use. We tried to tighten the spigot and looked other ways to keep it from leaking, but nothing worked. Sometimes it would hold water and others it would dump the entire contents of the Dispenser into the refrigerator (drawers were filled and food was damaged). If not for this one minor issue, I would give this Dispenser the highest rating possible.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Filling issue. When I bought my 23 cup dispenser I was so please whenever I filled it. It completely filtered as much water as I could fit into it. When I checked the water it was time to change the filter. Since I've changed the filter I'm lucky when I fill the top that it filters a 3rd of the water then the rest just sits in the top. I've read all the instructions and I can't seem to find the issue with it. I don't want to just disgard the filter as they are expensive. I'm not sure what I need to do about it, but I do love my zero water. Any suggestions?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! Thank you. I have had this long enough to wash it, dry it and fill it. Tap water tested 185 TDS. New Brita filter tested 165 TDS. WHAMO!!! first glass 000 TDS. If it leaks, I trust you will stand behind it. I do not care if I burn through a filter a week. I love the water again. Tastes lovely. I may just open the top and pour it into a pitcher so as to preserve the life of the spigot. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
