Rated 5 out of 5Â by alwayscleaning Zero water 23 cup is a great size.
I wasn't sure which size to get, the smaller size or the big one. I am so glad I got the 23 cup size so I don't have to keep filling it up!

Since I just recently began using this filter, I cannot say as yet whether this will be a viable product or not. The water tastes fine at the moment (unlike as reported by other reviewers), and I have used several 'loads' since my purchase, so I am rather satisfied with that aspect of the device. What I find a bit annoying is that this huge tank only fills to about a quarter to a third of its capacity, which seems a waste of space and also results in very quick emptying and refilling. My previous water filter system was the same size but held much more water. The tank lid is not very secure, either. The most redeeming qualities are the no-fuss filters and the TDS meter, and, of course, the purity of the water dispensed, which is the only thing that ultimately sets this unit apart from the rest.

After finally receiving this filter, I was so excited to filter my water. How awesome the meter reader was to use. Well our water tested 812 After some water was filtered through it came to 6 then the next batch was 0. This water was the best I had tasted in a long time. the water was good the next day. The following day it had a metallic lemon taste to it. I called the company they said they where sorry the region where we where at (with our reading being over 800) does not qualify us to use this meter. that we will be replacing filters every day and a half. I guess I did not research this product that well. I did call Kohls they said to bring it back and they will refund me. but until I can find a new filter system I don't know what I'll be drinking.

I live in a small city in New Mexico where our city water is very hard and not pleasent to drink. We have always used another water filtration device until recently I had another kidney stone where my Dr. said that it was likely due to the sediments in the water that I was drinking. I have heard about zero water for a long time and finally decided to try it to see if all of the hype was true. The moment we got the box in the mail, I used the water meter immediately to test the different waters in our house. The tester said that water ppm can be between 0 and 999. I tested our tap water, 729ppm. I then tested our filtered water from another filtration device, 650ppm. Finally I tested our babies pure water from the store, 45ppm. After cleaning and assembling the zero water unit, I tested the newly filtered water and it was 000! I couldnt believe it. Thanks for the great product!
