Rated 2 out of 5 by from Terrible, terrible, terrible First the positives-the seal doesn't leak and the cup sits flat. Apparent issues a few years ago seem to be resolved. Now the bad-cup is stainless steel. Which means mine looks filthy all the time due to finger prints. Also, it doesn't hold heat. Which is the MAIN reason I use it. Granted I do not expect my coffee to be steaming hot an hour after it is poured into the cup (I anyways put the lid on immediately), but I do expect it to be warm and not cold like it is. I've tried pouring boiling water into the cup first to heat up the thermal properties as suggested and it doesn't help.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy this! The mug does not sit flat and wobbles. And although the mug body itself is great, the lid is also very difficult from which to drink. You can easily burn your mouth sipping from this mug. If I can find my packing slip I'm going to return it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from ONE FLAW The lid on this coffee holder does not want to screw on properly. It's a little design flaw that makes this a fair product rather than a very good one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Vessel to Lid Design The rim of the vessel is too thin and allows liquids to pass the rubber seal in the lid. I took this mug filled with Starbucks coffe to a Bridge tournament last weekend and ended up with coffee all down my NorthFace vest!! I was not a happy camper!
