Rated 1 out of 5 by RUST really??? Very POOR Quality!! I loved the very simple style of this flatware set, but it is very poor quality!! I purchased this set after Thanksgiving this year from Kohl's. When I received it, I realized it was a lot larger than an average flatware set. I had to buy a new flatware holder for my drawer. Within a month of receiving it (beginning of January now), I have knives that are starting to RUST!!!!....Really??? The center line through the middle of the knives, along with one of the tips, is actually starting to rust!!!!!! The old, awful-looking, mismatched set that I had in my drawer previously I've NEVER had any problems with rust!!! This was shocking!!!! I thought Oneida was a reputable brand....very disappointing!!! 01/04/2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by I've been pleasantly surprised I wasn't sure what to expect, since these are cheaper than the set I have from my wedding many years ago, but I still have both and always reach for these. I like the weight and length of them, and the spoon bowls are nicer eating from than my old style (these are flatter). Some talk about them rusting or having spots--I've had absolutely no problem. The quality is very good in my set. I often wonder if products are manufactured in more than one factory, and one is great whereas the other is poor quality. I would return the bad ones and maybe try again. They have a lifetime warranty. I very much enjoy this set. I bought it just a few years ago and was surprised to see some of these poor reviews. 10/01/2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great deal on beautiful flatware! I was looking for a nice flatware set to give our daughter and her family for Christmas. They had an older set and extra spoons that didn't match, and it was time for a new set. A few years ago, we bought a set of Oneida flatware for our home, and have been very happy with the quality. I came across this Oneida Zinc set in a Black Friday ad and jumped on it. The price couldn't be beat! The pattern is simple, yet elegant, and the set included service for 16. I knew it would match their taste. Fortunately, it was offered online, making it a very easy purchase! 01/10/2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Rust!! I bought this set for several reasons. A few reasons being, because I have had the same flatware for more than 10 years, had several missing pieces, and never had enough utensils when guest were over. I thought this was a great deal, but I once again found out that you get what you pay for. I thought with a name like Oneida, that it would last forever. The day that it arrived, I placed everything in the dishwasher to make sure it was clean. The next day I went to unload the dishwasher only to find that every single knife had developed rust in the indent of the design. It looks awful! I would have taken it back, but I threw out all the packaging the night before because the garbage men were coming. Very disappointed :( should have just stuck with my old set. 12/25/2013
