I thought I was going to have to go out and buy a special screwdriver just to open up the battery compartment because the screw is super small, and we only own a standard sized phillips tip. It ended up, however, that I was able to use a tweezers. Some of the animal sounds are a little unrealistic to me, but overall it is a good toy. Very well made and easily portable. I think a nice addition would be an on/off switch.

i like the idea of this toy and my daughter loves to play with it. but whoever assembled the toy did NOT do a very good job. 1 sticker basically fell off on its own (only had them since Christmas). Almost every single sticker has bubbles/buckles and they are all beginning to lose their adhesion to the block. i would suggest when manufacturing these to have the whole box clear coated/sealed.

My son loves the noises that this makes but he has a hard time getting the blocks to line up so I'd say it's best for a little older kiddos. My only issue is the stickers starting to warp and come off the blocks and my son loses interest pretty quickly. I think maybe because he would rather have something like dinosaurs or cars but I do like this idea a lot.

Our son, soon to be 3, received these as a Christmas gift. Looked like something he would have loved, but we unwrapped them, put BRAND NEW batteries in & NOTHING. They don't work at all. I know it's not the batteries, b/c we tried them in something else & they worked fine. Tried a diff set of batteries just to be sure & still nothing. We have no receipt & no way to return or exchange these.
