I love sushi but I stopped making it for a long time since it was such a hassle, but the sushezi has brought it all back! I simply put 2 uncooked cups of sushi rice in my rice cooker (I don't add vinegar or anything else) and then bake some frozen tempura shrimps. I put a 1/2 cup of the cooked rice in each side of the sushezi, make a depression with the rod, lay the baked shrimps in the depressions, then compress and push the roll out onto the nori (seaweed) sheets. 2 dry cups of sushi rice makes about 3 full rolls, so one batch feeds me 3 times and I love using my little egg cooker to make deviled eggs as a side!

My brother and I both enjoy sushi and like to make it at home when we can't go out and eat it. I found this product and watched videos online and I knew it was something I wanted to give him for Christmas. BUT I had to try it out first myself! It works great! The rolls are tight and uniform and you can fit a lot of filling into one roll by using this tool. I will be buying myself one now :)

My husband has celiacs so we can't go out for sushi anymore and had to learn to make it at home. This product makes it so easy!!!
