Rated 3 out of 5 by Difficult to get on. I love the look of the shoe, and it feels fine once it is on, but it is next to impossible to get on. Even with a shoehorn I had a very difficult time getting my foot in. Then, once they were on, I didn't think I would ever get them off. A painful experience, and a larger size would not have made any difference. I will be returning them for a different style. I am very disappointed because I love the look of them. 03/14/2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Sizing too small, had to return & go up a 1/2 size First pair I bought was size 8.5 which has been my size in every shoe I've ever owned! I couldn't get my heel in the shoe no matter how hard I tried. I loved the look of them so I was determined to see if a size bigger would help. I ordered the size 9 and can get these on no problem. They're extremely comfortable. Just be sure you order a 1/2 size up if you want to get your foot in! 04/04/2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Doesn't wear well I have had these shoes for about a year and wear them 2-3 times a week for work. I have a desk job so I'm not walking around a ton at work. I would NOT buy them again. While they are cute and comfortable, they do not wear well and seem to age very quickly. This includes the leather upper as well as the heal. Also, there perhaps should be a little more elastic on the top so that when you're putting them on the leather part at the heal doesn't get worn and broken down. Overall, cute shoe but won't last very long. 02/20/2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Look great; hard to get on These shoes are really cute, in the typical, casual, Eastland style. My complaint is that they are really hard to slip on. The strap is decorative so there is no way to loosen the shoe for easier access. I am really afraid that I would break down the back of the shoe trying to put them on so they are going back. I will have to try a different style. My advice: get a shoe horn. 12/16/2015
