Rated 4 out of 5 by Better batteries This is my third Water Pik in 3 years. The first one I was given to us by our dentist. The next two were sent to us from Water Pik because the battery would not charge.I think a better rechargeable battery would serve the company more profits rather sending out a new one every 6 or 7 months. I do have to say that the company warranty is outstanding in that the company has replaced the old water pik in quick response. As far as the performance of the water Pik , it is outstanding and refreshes your mouth after use. Each time I have called the customer service Rep.has given me different instructions on how to charge The previous Rep. told me to keep it charged all day long as it was used 3 times a day. This last Rep told me to just charge it over night and keep it unpluged during the day 11/02/2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Needs battery charged light on water pik I bought this model because I travel for business / personal rather than a counter top model which we had growing up. Unless you hold your elbow higher than the Water Pik,, water runs down your arm and onto the counter top. Still is effective at flossing tho it takes almost 2 tank fulls to clean upper and lower teeth front and back. Would highly suggest adding a charging / charged light to the device like Sonicare has on it's toothbrushes. 11/05/2015
Rated 4 out of 5 Very Good Product The product were like a charm. You kids may not understand what that means. The tube is a little hard to move around. I have to turn the whole pik around by hand. While holding the pik so the water in the tank continues to flow to the last drop I sometime hit the off button. The 45 seconds go by very fast so I have to more fast. But I will get another one when this one dies. 10/31/2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Try it, you'll like it, better than floss I need four new crowns and catch food particles at receeding gumline. I like the cordless waterpik because it gets the stuff blasted out and it is quick. I have the big unit but never took it out of the box because of the size and cord. I recently got the cordless model and use it all the time. I wish waterpik would come out with a mini blaster to carry during the day so you can blast off the stuff after lunch in a restaurant just for your problem areas. It should be small, easy to use and priced reasonably. This could be a huge seller and with the baby boomer market needing more dental attention due to age, the profile is set for a demand market. Someone please read this and get to work on it. Thanks 08/17/2015
